Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1:  I talked to a sales person at Queenstown about one of your recently received motorhomes.  When I go the the new instock motorhomes page, I still see the same thing that was on there yesterday.  What is wrong?

Answer:  Most browsers save web pages from sites you have visited recently so that the next time you visit the site, the page(s) load quickly.  When you visit a site that changes their pages frequently, such as QueenstownRV when we update our inventory, what you are seeing is the page that was saved, not the most current page from the site.  To solve this problem, just click the refresh button on your browser.  Alternately, you can right click (use the right mouse button) and a short menu will appear - just select the refresh (may also be called reload or something similar) option and the current page will be loaded from the web site.

Question 2:  I cannot see the slide shows on the site.  How can I fix this?

Answer:  Your browser may not have java enabled or you may need to download the java runtime engine from Sun Microsystems.  You can download the java runtime engine from this site:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp

If you have previously downloaded the java engine but you still cannot see the slide shows, you will need to enable java in your browser.

To enable java in Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE), from the main menu in MSIE select 'Tools' - then select 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu.

When the Internet Options window opens, select the 'Advanced' tab - when the Advanced Options are visible, use the slider bar on the right to move down to the Java option and make sure that the box has a check in it - if it does not, click on the box to enable java.  You will need to restart your computer after you enable this option.

To enable java in the Netscape browser, from the main menu select 'Edit' - then select 'Preferences' from the drop down menu.

When the Preferences window opens, select 'Advanced' from the Category panel on the left side of the Preferences window (bottom of the list).  See if the 'Enable Java' box is checked.  If not, check it.  You may need to restart your computer after you enable this option.
